Terms of use
Punto Cronista is a free, non-commercial educational research project. These terms describe the service in ordinary language: what the site does, what it does not do, and the boundaries of the free consultation.
AT A GLANCE
Before the detail
- The site does not offer investment accounts, deposits or execution of financial transactions.
- Research paths are not certificates or trust scores.
- Free consultations cover research method and public sources, not professional investment or legal advice.
- External official sources can change and remain under their own operators’ control.
01 / NOTE
The service you are using
Punto Cronista publishes OSINT guides and structured research paths for checking public claims about platforms, companies and domains. It does not open trading accounts, accept client money, execute orders or sell financial products.
A term supplied in the URL or search field is a research input. Its presence on a page does not mean the site has verified the identity, legitimacy or quality of the entity behind that term.
02 / NOTE
Educational use and your own decision
The material is designed to help readers ask better questions, reach primary sources and keep facts separate from claims. It cannot replace professional advice when a matter requires legal, tax, banking or regulated financial expertise.
Before relying on an important fact, open the original source and check its date. A guide is a map of the research process, not a substitute for the source itself.
03 / NOTE
No affiliation with names that appear in a search
A platform, company, person or trademark may appear because a reader searched for it or because a guide discusses a verification method. That does not imply endorsement, partnership, dealership, licensing or ownership by the project.
Links to Italian authorities are supplied as primary-source references. The project does not represent those bodies and does not submit regulatory requests on their behalf.
04 / NOTE
Accuracy, updates and corrections
Public records and websites change. We aim to write claims that can be checked and corrected, but a registry entry, warning or URL may change after a guide is published.
A correction request is most useful when it identifies the page, the disputed sentence and a primary source. The goal is to improve the record, not to preserve a fixed conclusion when the evidence has changed.
05 / NOTE
What the free consultation includes
The consultation can help organise the next checks: which registry to open, which identifiers to compare, what evidence to preserve and which questions remain unanswered. It is not portfolio management, regulated investment advice, legal representation or a fund-recovery service.
No refund, chargeback or financial outcome is promised. Where a payment has already been made, the cautious first contacts are normally the reader’s own bank or payment provider and the appropriate official channels.
06 / NOTE
Proper use of the form and content
Do not submit malware, another person’s credentials, unlawfully obtained data, threats or material that is unrelated to the research request. Passwords, OTP codes and private keys are never needed for an initial OSINT consultation.
Short quotations may be used with attribution. Systematic republication of the site, removal of attribution or use of the material to impersonate the project is outside the intended use.
07 / NOTE
Availability and third-party links
The site may be changed or temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Public portals may also move pages, require new navigation steps or experience downtime.
An external link is provided because it is useful to a research path; it is not a warranty that a third-party site will always be available, accessible or unchanged.
08 / NOTE
Changes to these terms
If a material function changes — for example the form, data retention or the nature of the service — the terms should change with it. The updated date at the top identifies the version currently published.
Nothing here is intended to waive mandatory consumer or data-protection rights that apply under relevant law.
