SITE INFORMATION / EN
Privacy and personal data
This notice describes the data the site actually handles rather than listing hypothetical advertising partners. Punto Cronista is an educational project and does not sell consultation details or use the form to build advertising profiles.
AT A GLANCE
Before the detail
- Reading the site does not require an account.
- The consultation form asks for four main details: name, email, phone and the subject of the check.
- The delivered build contains no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or advertising cookies.
- Operational consultation records are removed once they are older than 90 days.
01 / NOTE
Who to contact about data submitted here
The operational contact listed by Punto Cronista for questions about information submitted through the site is Ettore Dore, reachable at +39 334 243 5154. The same route can be used to ask whether a consultation record is still held, to correct it or to request deletion.
We do not invent a company name, postal office or legal status that has not been supplied and verified. If the project’s legal or hosting structure changes, the production privacy notice should be updated to reflect the real operator before new data is collected.
02 / NOTE
What is collected, and at what point
Ordinary reading of guides does not require you to provide a name, email address or telephone number. Personal details enter the site when you choose to submit the free consultation form.
The record contains submission time, language, name, email, phone and the subject you want to research. If the visit arrived with an advertising context parameter called “o”, that term may be stored with the submitted request so the discussion keeps its context. It is not used to create a cross-page advertising profile.
- Name supplied by the reader
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Platform, company, domain or question to research
- Language and submission time; advertising context “o” only when present
03 / NOTE
Why the form asks for those details
Contact details allow a reply; the subject explains what the reader is trying to check; language keeps the response in the appropriate edition. The form is not a newsletter subscription and does not add a person to promotional lists.
The checkbox relates to handling that request. Consultation details are not passed to brokers, investment platforms, recovery companies or lead networks for commercial follow-up.
04 / NOTE
Retention in the delivered build
Consultation submissions are written to a local storage file protected from direct web access. A maintenance routine removes operational rows older than 90 days when the consultation page runs.
Hosting providers may separately operate infrastructure backups. The code cannot promise how long a provider keeps those copies. The person deploying the site should therefore make backup retention consistent with the published policy and with any deletion request.
05 / NOTE
Sensitive information the project does not need
Do not submit passwords, OTP codes, seed phrases, private keys, PINs, full card numbers, remote-access credentials or unnecessary full financial statements. Public-source research normally needs names, public URLs and a description of what happened — not the secrets that control an account.
If the issue involves a payment, date, payment method and recipient are usually enough for an initial discussion. Keep the full banking record for your bank or another channel that genuinely needs it.
06 / NOTE
Technical session and form security
The consultation page uses a PHP session to generate an anti-CSRF token. This is a technical protection intended to reduce form submissions triggered from an unrelated page; it is not behavioural advertising.
The cookie banner also stores a small preference so the notice is not shown on every page. The separate Cookie page lists the technologies included in the delivered build and explains how to remove the preference.
07 / NOTE
Your rights and a practical way to exercise them
You may ask for access to personal data held about your consultation, correction of inaccurate contact information or deletion where applicable. Depending on the circumstances, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent may also be relevant.
The Italian Data Protection Authority publishes guidance and forms for data-subject rights and complaints. A request to the project should contain enough information to identify the consultation without sending additional sensitive material.
08 / NOTE
What happens when you open an official external source
Links to CONSOB, Banca d’Italia, Registro Imprese, Polizia Postale, AGCM and other public bodies open their own domains. Their privacy and cookie practices apply once you leave this site.
The project does not embed those portals in iframes and does not append the advertising parameter “o” to official-source links. That keeps internal research context separate from your visit to an authority.
